Reach Republic is a digitised intermediary, that focusses on selling insurance and financial services products to the mass and middle market via its vast distribution ecosystem and cloud-based sales software. By combining our three foundational pillars – leads, sales and technology – we are uniquely positioned to scale sales volumes effectively.
Our journey began in 2017 with a focus on lead generation, call centre training, optimisation and reporting. We understood that providing leads was not enough to get quality sales and that we needed to be involved in both sides of the value chain (leads and sales) in order to optimise across the process.
Reach Republic grew rapidly, servicing clients across South Africa as well as Ghana and the Middle East. Towards the end of 2018 we realised there was one final piece of the puzzle missing - technology that would enable rapid scaling of sales volumes. Finding additional leads and managing additional sales seats was easy but actually enabling not only additional sales call centre seats but enabling multi channel selling was much harder. Technology would enable us to solve this issue.
Development of our unique 'Click to Configure' sales software then began, with the goal in mind of being able to configure a new insurance product in a matter of weeks, at minimal cost, across multiple sales channels. The success of this product has far exceed our initial expectations with the ability to roll out a new funeral product to multiple sales centres in a matter of weeks. This development allows Reach Republic to optimise across the full sales value chain...leads, sales and technology.
In 2019 Reach Republic was proud to announce that it had become an ASISA ESD Fund Investee, securing Level 2 BBBEE status. This move started a new and exciting chapter in our history. As an Authorised FSP we are able to access our extensive network to distribute insurance and credit products either using our platform or any existing platform the product owner may have. Our mission is to remove distribution barriers by using technology and our ever expanding fulfilment network.
